The 231010005 type KRC stainless steel mounted 8mm X 5mm v-belt guide is manufactured to European DIN 2768 Specifications and is made from high-quality black anti-static UHMW. Plastic DIN v-belt guides reduce friction, energy consumption and increase the wear life of belts when replacing out their steel counterpart guides. A mounted belt guide means a channel guide that the UHMW guide slides into; this creates an easy guide mounting mechanism for mounting a complete guide in a system and supporting lengths un unsupported sections in a system. Standardly, 8mm x 5mm mounted v-belt guides are supplied in lengths of 2000mm, but alternate lengths can be supplied upon request. We can also supply the stainless steel mounting channel itself or the UHMW guide insert. Additionally, stock a wide array of v-belts as well as other power transmission components.
